Each month, UpCountry can pick a local nonprofit to represent their "Miracle Pint Night" every Thursday. UpCountry already worked different organizations such as Smokies, Habitat for Humanity, LEAF, Asheville Humane Society, and The Rainbow School. On Thursdays, UpCountry will host the pint night with a unique glass that could be changed every week. Clients will definitely purchase a featured beer and they can keep the glass. The 10 percent of the sales will be going to the nonprofit orgs. At UpCountry, community is basically essential and these pint nights will be a way for the brewery to provide back.
Local Art And Music

In house, UpCountry hosts a local artist monthly with Bad Craft, an artist shop located in Black Mountain, NC. The brewery will show off one artist every month to show their artwork at the taproom of UpCountry for display and buy. Apart from the month long campaign, the artist will also get a delegated Pint Night at the brewery and Bad Craft. The artist of the month can present and discuss their work and a pint glass feature the work of the artist will be available. UpCountry will always support the local music, art and beer in the area and will continue to do this in the foreseeable future. UpCountry brewing is always proud to provide live, local music on a nightly basis. If you'll take your family and friends members to tourist spots such as Biscuit Head, Nine Mile, and Rocky's Hot Chicken Shack, you can always bring them to UpCountry for a night of Bluegrass, Music bingo, Open Mic, and live local music. We are always proud to host solo musicians such as Dave Desmelik, Anya Hinkle, Old Sap, Stephen Horvath, Robin Lewis, Nikki Forbes, Scott Stetson, and more. We also love hosting those Jerry Garcia and Grateful Dead Tributes! It'll include different bands such as The Paper Crowns, The Dirty Dead and Phuncle Sam. We are also hosting other bands like Mama Danger, Cat and Crow, Astral Plainsmen, Sirius B., The Dirty Badgers, The Junk Drawer, The Free Wheelin' Mamas, Kaizen with Jeff Sipe, Cyndi Lou and The Wish to, Moonlight Street Folk and more.
Apart from hosting live music, it is already known that UpCountry Brewing is a bunch of hardcore Phish fans. The brewery was recognized for live streaming music, but it is sensitive to Phish plays. They pull down the huge projection screen to stream the show and clear the chairs and tables in the music room so everybody can dance. Other live streams the brewery is recognized for include Widespread Panic, Dead and Co., and Umphrey's McGee. UpCountry will always encourage Asheville to bring some friends, enjoy brews and boogie.

UpCountry's latest logo re-design have been the best and it is all thanks to Good Beer Hunting in Chicago, IL. Designers Michael Kiser, Cooper Foszcz, and Mike Duesenberg did an incredible job in developing the labeling artwork for Mangose, Isoprene Hazy IPA, UpCo Mountain Lager and Hop Dread. You must stay tuned since there are several more canning designs that are on the way.
If you don't know yet, the owner of UpCountry Brewing is a DAWG Alum. UpCountry has become a go-to spot in Asheville for watching the Georgia Bulldogs games. Keep an eye out, because Cochran will wear his jersey.
