UpCountry has worked with organizations such as Friends of the Smokies, Habitat for Humanity, LEAF, Asheville Humane Society, and The Rainbow School. Together with hosting live music, it's no secret that UpCountry Brewing is a bunch of hardcore Phish fans! The brewery is known for live streaming music, but it is extra focus on when Phish plays. They pull down the huge projection screen to stream the show and clear the chairs and tables in the music room so everybody can dance. Other live streams the brewery is definitely known for could include Widespread Panic, Dead and Co., and Umphrey's McGee. UpCountry will always encourage Asheville to bring some friends, enjoy brews and boogie.

UpCountry's latest logo re-design have been the best and it is all thanks to Good Beer Hunting in Chicago, IL. Designers Michael Kiser, Cooper Foszcz, and Mike Duesenberg have done an outstanding job with developing the labeling artwork for UpCountry's Hop Dread, Mangose, Isoprene Hazy IPA, and UpCo Mountain Lager. You must stay tuned as there are several more canning designs that are on the way.
For those who don't know, UpCountry Brewing's owner, John Cochran, is a DAWG Alum! UpCountry has become a go-to spot in Asheville for watching the Georgia Bulldogs games. Keep an eye out, because Cochran will wear his jersey.
