With approximately 20 of its own beers on tap, the brew house is thinking of making new beers for everybody to enjoy. UpCountry provides flights, goblets, pints, and even a twenty-two ounce pour in the taproom. In addition, the brewery has beer to go for buy! Beer to go includes a growler with your choice of beer, or cans of the Mangose, UpCo Lager, Hop Dread Red IPA, or Bogey Free Session IPA. In addition to live music, we host a yoga class on Sunday mornings, music bingo on Wednesdays, and local pint nights on Thursdays.
Every month, UpCountry will choose a different local nonprofit that may represent their "Miracle Pint Night" every Thursday. UpCountry already worked alongside various organizations for example Friends of the Smokies, Habitat for Humanity, LEAF, Asheville Humane Society, and The Rainbow School.
During Thursdays, UpCountry could be hosting the pint night along with a unique glass. Clients can easily purchase a featured beer and they can keep the glass. The 10 percent of the sales of that beer will go to the featured nonprofit organization. Community is very important for UpCountry because these pint nights are a method for them to provide back to the community.
Local Art And Music
UpCountry Brewing is actually supporting local art and music in Asheville and all the neighboring areas for example Black Mountain, Woodfin, East Asheville, and the River Arts District.
UpCountry always hosts a local artist monthly together with Bad Craft, an artist shop in Black Mountain, NC. The brewery showcases one artist each month to show their artwork in UpCountry's taproom for display as well as for buy. Apart from hosting live music, it's already known that UpCountry Brewing is a bunch of hardcore Phish fans. The brewery is well-known for live streaming music, but is extra attentive to when Phish plays. They usually pull down the big projection screen to stream each show and clear out the chairs and tables in the music room so that Asheville can dance it out! The other known live streams that the brewery is focusing on are Widespread Panic, Dead and Co., and Umphrey's McGee. UpCountry will always encourage Asheville to bring some friends, enjoy brews and boogie.

Designers Michael Kiser, Cooper Foszcz, and Mike Duesenberg have done an outstanding job with designing the labeling artwork for UpCountry's Hop Dread, Mangose, Isoprene Hazy IPA, and UpCo Mountain Lager. There are several more canning designs on the way, so stay tuned for what UpCountry and Good Beer Hunting come up with!
If you don't have any idea yet, the owner of UpCountry Brewing is actually a DAWG Alum. UpCountry has become a go-to spot in Asheville for watching the Georgia Bulldogs games. You must keep an eye out because Cochran will definitely wear his jersey.
