We've lately been infusing some of our brews with several syrups and flavors for an extra creative kick. The brewery also has a Randall for infusions, along with a pilot brew system to take brewing an extra step further. We always focus on experimentation and seeing the deliciousness that we may make with the usage of the knowledge from the brewers.

Each month, UpCountry prefers a different local nonprofit to represent their 'Miracle Pint Night' each Thursday. UpCountry already worked several organizations for example Smokies, Habitat for Humanity, LEAF, Asheville Humane Society, and The Rainbow School. On Thursdays, UpCountry can be hosting the pint night with a unique glass that could change every week. Consumers can buy a featured beer and they could also keep the glass, with 10 percent profit going to the featured nonprofit. Local Art And Music
UpCountry Brewing supports local art and music in Asheville and close, surrounding places, for example Black Mountain, Woodfin, East Asheville, and the River Arts District.
UpCountry always hosts a local artist monthly together with Bad Craft, an artist shop in Black Mountain, NC. The brewery can be exhibiting one artist a month to display their artwork at the taproom of UpCountry for purchase and display. UpCountry brewing is proud to offer live, local music almost every night. Once you've taken the friends and family to the tourist spots like Biscuit Head, Nine Mile, and Rocky's Hot Chicken Shack, bring them down to UpCountry for an intimate night of Bluegrass, Open Mic, Music Bingo, or live local music on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. We like to host solo musicians for example Dave Desmelik, Anya Hinkle, Old Sap, Stephen Horvath, Robin Lewis, Nikki Forbes, Scott Stetson, and more. We are even hosting those Jerry Garcia and Grateful Dead Tributes. It'll include different bands for example The Dirty Dead, The Paper Crowns and Phuncle Sam. We are also hosting other bands like Mama Danger, Cat and Crow, Astral Plainsmen, Sirius B., The Dirty Badgers, The Junk Drawer, The Free Wheelin' Mamas, Kaizen with Jeff Sipe, Cyndi Lou and The Want to, Moonlight Street Folk and more.
Apart from live music, it's not a secret that UpCountry Brewing is a bunch of hardcore Phish fans. The brewery is well-known for live streaming music, but is extra attentive to when Phish plays. They'll pull down the huge projector screen to be able to stream the show and clear all the chairs and tables in the music room so everyone can dance freely. The other known live streams that the brewery is centering on are Widespread Panic, Dead and Co., and Umphrey's McGee. UpCountry's latest logo re-design have been the best and it's all thanks to Good Beer Hunting in Chicago, IL. Designers Michael Kiser, Cooper Foszcz, and Mike Duesenberg have done an outstanding job with developing the labeling artwork for UpCountry's Hop Dread, Mangose, Isoprene Hazy IPA, and UpCo Mountain Lager. There are several more canning designs on the way, so stay tuned for what UpCountry and Good Beer Hunting come up with!
If you don't have any idea yet, the owner of UpCountry Brewing is actually a DAWG Alum. UpCountry has become a go-to spot in Asheville for watching the Georgia Bulldogs games. Cochran will certainly wear his jersey so you must keep an eye out.
