Apart from live music, it is not a secret that UpCountry Brewing is a bunch of hardcore Phish fans. The brewery has been known for live streaming music, but it is extra attention to when Phish plays. They pull down the huge projector screen to stream the show and clear the chairs and tables in the music room so everyone can dance. Other live streams the brewery is definitely known for would include Widespread Panic, Dead and Co., and Umphrey's McGee. Designers Michael Kiser, Cooper Foszcz, and Mike Duesenberg did a fantastic job in developing the labeling artwork for Mangose, Isoprene Hazy IPA, UpCo Mountain Lager and Hop Dread. There are several more canning designs on the way, so stay tuned for what UpCountry and Good Beer Hunting come up with!
If you don't know yet, the owner of UpCountry Brewing is a DAWG Alum. UpCountry has become a go-to spot in Asheville for watching the Georgia Bulldogs games. Keep an eye out, because Cochran will wear his jersey.
