UpCountry Brewing is found at 1042 Haywood Road in West Asheville and it is referred to as a music venue, brewery and a tap room.
UpCountry Brewing will offer plenty of beer styles, that could include saisons, IPAs, sours, porters, stouts and more. We have over 20 types of beers on tap and we are still looking to create new beers that everyone will absolutely enjoy. UpCountry offers flights, goblets, pints, and even a twenty-two ounce pour in the taproom. Also, the brewery has beer to go ready for purchase. Beer to go would include a growler with your selection of beer or cans of the Mangose, UpCo Lager, Hop Dread Red IPA, or Bogey Free Session IPA. Along with availability in the taproom, UpCountry's beer may be found all over town in different grocery stores, bottle shops, and bars in Asheville, including towns like Woodfin, Waynesville, Canton, Candler, Black Mountain, Arden, Hendersonville, Weaverville, and surrounding locations.
We also have our extensive beer list that's the best for beer nerds everywhere. We value creativity above all else in addition to daring recipes that everyone will absolutely enjoy. We've lately been infusing some of our brews with different syrups and flavors for an extra creative kick. The brewery also includes a Randall for infusions and also a pilot brew system to take the brewing one step further. We're all about experimenting and seeing what deliciousness we can create using the knowledge from each brewer!

Each month, UpCountry selects a different local nonprofit to represent their 'Miracle Pint Night' each Thursday. UpCountry has worked with organizations like Friends of the Smokies, Habitat for Humanity, LEAF, Asheville Humane Society, and The Rainbow School. On Thursdays, UpCountry could be hosting the pint night with a unique glass which will change every week. Consumers will absolutely buy a featured beer and they could keep the glass. Local Art And Music
UpCountry Brewing is definitely supporting local art and music in Asheville and all the surrounding locations like Black Mountain, Woodfin, East Asheville, and the River Arts District.
UpCountry always hosts a local artist monthly along with Bad Craft, an artist shop in Black Mountain, NC. The brewery will showcase one artist each month to display their artwork at the taproom of UpCountry for display and purchase. Apart from a month long campaign, every artist will get a designated Pint Night at the brewery and Bad Craft. The artist of the month is there and able to discuss their work, and a pint glass featuring the artist's work is available for purchase. UpCountry will invariably value the support of local music, art and beer and they'll continue to support all of these. UpCountry brewing is proud to offer live, local music almost every night. Apart from live music, it is not a secret that UpCountry Brewing is a bunch of hardcore Phish fans. The brewery is known for live streaming music, but it is extra focus on when Phish plays. They pull down the large projector screen to stream the show and clear the chairs and tables in the music room so everyone can dance. Other live streams the brewery is definitely noted for would include Widespread Panic, Dead and Co., and Umphrey's McGee. UpCountry motivates Asheville to bring some friends, enjoy some brews, and boogie!

Good Beer Hunting
UpCountry's latest logo re-design have been the best and it is all thanks to Good Beer Hunting in Chicago, IL. Designers Michael Kiser, Cooper Foszcz, and Mike Duesenberg have done an outstanding job with creating the labeling artwork for UpCountry's Hop Dread, Mangose, Isoprene Hazy IPA, and UpCo Mountain Lager. You should stay tuned as there are several more canning designs which are on the way.
If you don't know yet, the owner of UpCountry Brewing is a DAWG Alum. UpCountry has now become a go to spot in Asheville in watching the Georgia Bulldogs. Keep an eye out, because Cochran will wear his jersey.
