We also have our extensive beer list that's the best for beer nerds everywhere. We value creativity above all else along with daring recipes that everyone will surely enjoy. We've recently been infusing some of our brews with several syrups and flavors for an additional creative kick. The brewery also has a Randall for infusions, along with a pilot brew system to take brewing an additional step further. We always focus on experimentation and seeing the deliciousness that we may make with the usage of the knowledge from the brewers.
Apart from this, we provide delicious beer and UpCountry also offers red and white wines and a full liquor bar of gin, vodka, whiskey, tequila and others. We have got selections for everyone so you don't need to be a hardcore beer lover to be able to enjoy our alcohol. Together with liquor, UpCountry offers craft signature cocktails that rotate throughout the year according to the season.

On Thursdays, UpCountry will be hosting the pint night with a unique glass that will change every week. Customers will surely buy a featured beer and they can keep the glass. The ten percent of the sales will be going to the nonprofit organizations. At UpCountry, community is important, and these pint nights are just one way for the brewery to give back.
Local Art And Music
UpCountry Brewing helps local art and music in Asheville and close, surrounding places, for example Black Mountain, Woodfin, East Asheville, and the River Arts District.
In house, UpCountry hosts a local artist monthly with Bad Craft, an artist shop situated in Black Mountain, NC. The brewery will display one artist every month to display their artwork at the taproom of UpCountry for display and purchase. Apart from the month long campaign, the artist can also get a designated Pint Night at the brewery and Bad Craft. The artist of the month can present and also discuss their work along a pint glass featuring the work of the artist. UpCountry will invariably value the support of local music, art and beer and they will continue to support all of these. We love hosting solo musicians like Dave Desmelik, Anya Hinkle, Old Sap, Stephen Horvath, Robin Lewis, Nikki Forbes, Scott Stetson, and more. We also love hosting those Jerry Garcia and Grateful Dead Tributes! These include bands like Phuncle Sam, The Paper Crowns, and The Dirty Dead. We also have other bands that we love to host like The Junk Drawer, Mama Danger, the Free Wheelin' Mamas, Cat and Crow, Kaizen with Jeff Sipe, Astral Plainsmen, Cyndi Lou and The Want to, Sirius B., Moonlight Street Folk, The Dirty Badgers, and several more.
Together with hosting live music, it is no secret that UpCountry Brewing is a bunch of hardcore Phish fans! The brewery is well-known for live streaming music, but is extra attentive to when Phish plays. They'll pull down the huge projector screen to be able to stream the show and clear all the chairs and tables in the music room so everyone can dance freely. UpCountry's latest logo re-design has been highly rated thanks to friends at Good Beer Hunting in Chicago, IL. Designers Michael Kiser, Cooper Foszcz, and Mike Duesenberg did a great job in developing the labeling artwork for Mangose, Isoprene Hazy IPA, UpCo Mountain Lager and Hop Dread. There are several more canning designs on the way, so stay tuned for what UpCountry and Good Beer Hunting come up with!
If you don't know yet, the owner of UpCountry Brewing is a DAWG Alum. UpCountry has become a go-to spot in Asheville for watching the Georgia Bulldogs games. Keep an eye out, because Cochran will wear his jersey.
